Living Room Renovation
With the traffic from the OQ and the weight the rafters had to support it was clear the the ceiling joists in the Living Room were in desperate need for replaceement. Instead of complete replacement though laminated beams were purchased and doubled up with the current beams to make for a sound support of the OQ floor. With that said and done the living room had to be renovated. Over the course of the next few months the room was completely gutted, re-wired with can lights, insulated completely, plywooded, drywalled and painted.
