Ladies John
With the OK gutted access was granted to the plumbing of the ladies john so we thought we might as well tackle it. During zero week undergrads gutted the ladies john down to the studs and ripped out the old tub. With that done of course the floor was worse then intended. The floor was ripped out and the subfloor on up was installed including ceramic tile. With everything out a new layout was proposed and was put into action. Instead of a tub there is now a standing shower where the sink used to be and a double vanity where the tub was. With this set up the ladies John should be a little more functional than it was in the past.
