Future Projects: Where The Money Rasied Will Be Spent
What will the money raised be spent on?
Please view the (somewhat dated) "Case For Support" link on the left navigation bar of the "Our Mission" tab for a complete overview; Note that the following numbers have been adjusted downward to reflect the current economic environment and delayed fulfillment of pledges:
$300,000 for projects
$200,000 for endowments (Scholarship and on-going maintenance and upgrades)

Architectural & Engineering Fees - $5,000
Fire Escape - $15,000 (replace wood w/ steel)
Install Separate 2nd Electrical Service for Computer/Network "clean power" in every room - $10,000 (main house)
Dining Area - $90,000
Raise to foundation, excavate and install drain tile
Lay-up new Masonry ½ story end walls
Frame 2" x 6" end walls at 2-story elevation
Install open truss roof with skylights for natural lighting
Skywalk from Main house to Addition 2nd floor (under consideration)
Addition - $90,000
Remove roof, Install new Roof Trusses at 1/1 pitch
Install AC Air Handler in New Attic Space
Replace T-10 Plywood Siding w/Concrete Stucco Style
Replace Insulation to current building code
Complete Computer/Network "clean power"
Annual Maintenance Expenses: $10-20,000
